We have assembled diverse group of highly acclaimed Artists, Ceramicists, Sculptors and Photographers. An impressive list of established creatives have donated their work. Through the generosity of the creative communities, we have formed Art Aid Ukraine. We offer you the opportunity to acquire a unique work of art and at the same time, support the supply of urgently needed medicine directly into hospitals in Ukraine.

Art Aid Ukraine launched with a major event in London’s iconic venue the Boiler House. We now present a Timed Auction which will take place over two weeks ending at 4pm on 17^th May. Contributing Artists include Bran Symondson, Dangerous Minds Artists, Tacita Dean, Jean Jullien, Frances Aviva Blane, Valerie Wiffen, Robyn Ward, Roelof Uys, Liz Fritsch, Nicole Farhi, David Leach, Jason Wason, Gregory Tingay, Michel Francois, Karl Owen, Juliya Dan, Barry Martin, Sue Davis, Lennie Lee, Matt Small, Victoria Topping, Lenkiewicz Foundation, Dan Mitchell, Bridget Leaman, Tom Merrifield, Jill Furmanovsky, Soulla Petrou, among 50 other established creatives.

The idea is simple - through the generosity of our creative partners and those that support them, we will reach a long arm out and gather medical supplies from the warehouses of the EU and place them on hospital shelves in Ukraine.

ABOUT THE EVENT LAUNCH...

Really happy to say that the event launch for Art Aid Ukraine was a success!

The preparations went down to the wire but that was always going to be the way. We gave ourselves one month to find over 100 incredible works of art and to present them in a major venue to auction and exhibit in a one-day event. Also three live acts and two major acts livestreaming from Kyiv and L A on a big screen and not forgetting food and drink. The logistics were challenging and it is only through the goodwill and hard work of everyone involved that we were able to pull it off. As I’ve always said, this project belongs as much to the Artists, the Volunteers and the sponsors who have driven it with creativity and goodwill.

We had 450+ people come. It was a day of heart, smiles and solidarity. The music was great, a brilliant set from Ukrainian legends Vopli Vidopliassova playing live for us on a big screen, The Bloom Twins were wonderful and then we enjoyed the beautiful vocal talents of Alloise and opera singer Oksana

Sliubyk. The main event however was the Auction. The man in the Red

Coat James Hasler worked with

the audience with humour and energy.

What next? Well, the event was the intro to the main fundraiser. Now we try and use the momentum to gear up for the Timed Auction. This is where we will present some really amazing work to a wider National and International audience. We’re really exited to get this launched and get as many
